Shipping & Handling
Home - Terms & Conditions - Shipping Packaging: A packaging or crating fee will be added to the sales price of most items that are to be shipped, this fee will not be charged on items that can be shipped in their original factory packaging and will vary based on the size and weight of the item. Packaging charges will range from $2.00 to $20.00 for cardboard boxed items and $25.00 to $200.00 for wood crates. All packaging fees will be quoted in advance upon request. Shipping & Freight Charges: Freight charges will be FOB, Caldwell, Idaho 83605 - USA, and shall be prepaid and added to the invoice unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. Insurance and Freight Damage Claims: All shipments will be shipped uninsured unless the buyer requests full value insurance on the shipment, at which time the insurance will be ordered through the freight company and added to the invoice amount. Title shall transfer to the buyer when the product is received by the shipping company. In the event a shipment is damaged in transit the buyer shall be responsible for submitting all freight claims and paperwork necessary to resolve the issue.
