Drum Piercing - Filling Tool, 1.25" dia hole, Hydraulic ram, drum filling system. The piercing tip is cross drilled at the tip and drilled up the center to the 90 deg fittings on the shaft. This would allow the tip to either fill, inject, or vent the barrel or drum. The tip is brass so there is no risk of spark or ignition.
