In the unlikely event that we fail to detail a serious flaw please contact us at once after receiving the item, we will make every effort to correct the error. Product Condition: Our products are either New Old Stock or Used, poor original packaging and minor scratches and marks are typical of New Old Stock and will not be mentioned in every listing but should be expected. An effort will be made to point out excessive marks and scratches though our photos and descriptions. Warranty: Our products typically will not have a warranty, any warranties made by August Industries must be clearly printed in the listing and/or the invoice, and shall expire 30 days from date of shipment, unless stated otherwise. In the absence of a written warranty all goods are sold "as is" with no warranty implied or intended. * * * * * Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks should be mailed to: August Industries Inc., P.O. Box 901, Boise, Idaho 83701 - USA. Credit Card payments may be made through Paypal to: augustindustries@hotmail.com (add 3% to the invoice amount for Paypal payments). Invoices under $500.00 US, shall be exempt from this fee Wire transfers accepted - please call or email for account information (add $15 for each wire transfer). Personal and Company Checks will be accepted with prior approval. Shipments will be held pending verification of funds, this may take from 5 to 10 business days. A packaging or crating fee will be added to most sales, please see our Shipping & Handling page for more details on this charge. All packaging fees will be quoted in advance upon request. Freight charges will be FOB, Boise, Idaho 83701 - USA, and shall be prepaid and added to the invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval and will be considered on a case by case basis, restocking and handling fees may apply. Customer "Will Calls" are welcome.
